Running, Walking and Ride are activities which will be considered. However, check the note attached with the event you are registering to know which are the activities approved for that particular event.

Strava activities are synced automatically real time when you connect your account to USFC.
No, One can participate in one live event at a time. Once the Event is completed, You can register for another ongoing event.
It depends on the event you have registered. If your event required continuous days without any skip days, You will not get qualified for the goodies if you miss a day. But if your event has options like % days a week or 6 days a week, there is no harm in missing a day in between. To know about your event requirement, Check the noted given in the Events page for your registered event.
Your activity is rejected if PACE is below 3.30 or above 30 for a Km. To get this approved, the split which is with issue to be cropped. Once the activity is cropped, It has to be edited and renamed to reflect in the performance report and Leaderboard. Check the PDF for Step by step guidance on how to crop and edit and activity.
If your activity is marked as failed, it means, It has not met the minimum requirement criteria. You have to redo the activity to get it approved or do a manual upload with justification if it's a technical issue.

You can check your progress in 3 reports: Menu > Results > Leaderboard - Your consolidated performance of the event along with the participants list. Menu > Results > Event Performance Report – Your one longest daily activity with Distance, Time and Pace and Status like Approved/Rejected/Pending/Failed with remarks. Menu > All Activities – This report will have all the activities from the day of registration of your first event from your Strava account regardless minimum qualification.

If you want to change the Size of the T Shirt/Track Pant or the address which was given while registration, Raise a support request. Our Support team will change in the back end and give you a confirmation.
Changing goodies after receipt is not encouraged. Hence refer the measurement chart given in Menu > Goodies > Check goodies size chart before selecting the size of your goodies.

Streak is a report which shows consolidate performance all the participants who has activity without missing any days in across all the events in one list. All the participants with minimum 50 days will be listed in this report
The Leaderboard shows your consolidated performance compared to all participants in the event. It displays rankings based on Active Days (highest first), Total Distance (highest first), and Average Pace (fastest first). You can filter by Gender and Age Group. The leaderboard shows your rank, name, gender, city, age, active days, total distance, and average pace. For Primary Events, it includes all registered users' activities within the event date range.
The Event Performance Report shows your detailed daily activities for a specific event. It displays: Progress (Active Days vs Total Days), Achievements/Earned Goodies, Daily Activity Table with Date, Title, Type, Distance, Pace, Elapsed Time, Status (Approved/Rejected/Pending/Failed), and Points (if enabled). Each row shows your longest activity for that day, with color coding: Yellow for Pending, Red for Failed/Rejected, and normal colors for Approved activities.
The All Activities Report shows every activity from your Strava account since your first event registration, regardless of minimum qualification requirements. This includes all activities that may not have met the event criteria but were synced from Strava. You can filter by search terms, date ranges, and it shows all activity details including status and approval information.
