Standard Rewards (No Personalization):
All standard rewards (such as T-shirts, accessories, etc.) without any personalization will be dispatched within 7 working days from the date of completing the respective milestone level.
Personalized Rewards (Name or Chest Number Print):
For rewards requiring personalization (e.g., printed name or chest number), we require additional processing time. These will be dispatched within 15 working days from the date of completing the said milestones.
Once dispatched, your dispatch details like courier name and airway bill number will be updated in the goodies section of the website where you can check for updates.
Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location and courier partner performance, but we aim to deliver all shipments promptly.
All reward shipments under the fitness challenge program are shipped free of cost to eligible participants.
